This is the third year of sharing month highs and I’m happy the tradition has kept up. My January-March bullets from last year feel a world away when I was in Paris, and it’s strange to think it was me having those experiences. Remembering them makes me both content I can still have adventures where I am and eager to get back to seeing the world sometime soon.
As I wrote last year, this year (a whole year of covid!) had its challenges too. I tried to work the difficult moments in too because they have made me all the more tougher and resilient.

I am grateful for the people even more than the places this year. Although I found a lot of peaceful places on my own, during runs, walks, bike rides, that grounded me… It was the people and my relationships with them that brought joy to ordinary activities.
At the close of this year, I feel especially ready to take on new goals. I feel more confident and aware of my surroundings in a way I hope will allow me to learn and conquer new things.
